Return & Exchange Policy
At The Vibe, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
- Return Period: Returns must be scheduled within 2 to 3 days from the receipt of the order.
- Exchange Policy: If you return a product due to size or color issues, an exchange will be processed within 2 to 3 days of receiving the return.
- Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed.
- Video Proof Requirement: Customers must record a video while opening the product packaging and upload it to our official WhatsApp number when requesting an exchange.
- Condition for Exchange: The product must be in its original condition. Washed or used products will not be eligible for exchange.
- Return Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Shipping Charges:
- The return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- The Vibe will cover the shipping costs for delivering the exchanged product to the customer.
- Shipping costs are shared: one side by the customer, the other side by The Vibe.
